Qualcomm and Asus jointly launch commercial mini PC equipped with Snapdragon X2 Elite platform

This is the first commercial mini PC equipped with the Snapdragon X2 Elite platform, targeting scenarios such as local AI computing, content creation, software development and enterprise deployment.

One of the core selling points of Ascend QN10 is to use the built-in 80 TOPS NPU of Snapdragon X2 Elite to run high-performance AI models locally without relying on the cloud. According to published information, the device can run multiple types of AI agents and orchestration tools, including OpenCL, Hermes, Cursor, Claude, and OpenAI Codex, emphasizing terminal-side AI processing capabilities.

In terms of body design, the overall volume of Ascend QN10 is 700mL. Compared with the common mini PCs of about 5L level, its space is further compressed, making it suitable for placement on desktops, on the back of monitors, and in studios. In terms of interface configuration, the machine provides 3 USB4 interfaces, 3 USB 3.2 Gen 2 interfaces and 1 USB 2.0 interface, which is convenient for connecting monitors, storage devices and other peripherals to improve expansion capabilities.
