The total shipment volume of other companies was 18.6 million units, accounting for 24.5% of the market share, a year-on-year increase of 3.0%.

In addition, the Asia-Pacific region (including Japan and China) performed well in the quarter, achieving double-digit growth. IDC analysis believes that the Japanese market has become the main growth force driven by the end of Windows 10 services and the GIGA education project. Growth in regions outside Japan is relatively moderate, mainly constrained by the macro environment and the slow penetration of Windows 11.
