It is reported that Samsung is actively developing a smart watch called FE version. The model number of this FE version of the smartwatch is SM-R866, and there are at least three different versions: SM-R866F (international version), SM-R866U (US LTE version) and SM-R866N (Korean version).
Foreign media said that looking at the model of the FE version of the smart watch, it looks like a slightly improved version of the Samsung Watch 4 (SM-R860). Therefore, Samsung may be repackaging the Watch 4, possibly with a newer processor. The rest of the features are likely to be similar to the original Watch 4.
It is understood that Samsung Watch 4 is equipped with all-weather heart rate monitoring function, and also has a sleep monitoring function, which can automatically track your sleep quality and sleep duration. It also has a variety of sports modes, including running, cycling, swimming, etc., and can accurately track your sports data, such as steps, mileage, calorie consumption, etc.
Given that the Samsung Watch 4 is already priced as low as $150 on Amazon (equivalent to about 1,085 yuan), it would be very good if Samsung could launch the FE version of the smartwatch at a similar or lower price.
