In the second quarter of 2024, Apple continued to maintain its leading position in the global tablet market, with shipments of 13.9 million units, accounting for 39% of the market share. Thanks to strong shipments of Samsung flagship models and growing demand in emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region, a year-on-year increase of 13%, with shipments of 6.8 million units. Driven by domestic and European and Central Africa (EMEA) market demand, Huawei ranked third, with shipments of 2.5 million units, a year-on-year increase of as high as 51%. Lenovo strengthened its global business, making it ranked fourth with shipments of 2.5 million units, a year-on-year increase of 16%. Xiaomi ranked fifth, surpassing Amazon with a significant 106% growth rate and 2.1 million units shipments.

Dell and Asus ranked fourth and fifth respectively, both of which saw a year-on-year decline in shipments.
