[ Gearbest Technology News]According to foreign media reports, Samsung is developing a Galaxy Book 5 Pro laptop with the model NT940XGK-DSD, which may be launched early next year or the end of this year. The device was found in SiSoftware’s database. In the benchmark, the laptop scored 2159 points.
The laptop will be equipped with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of Samsung PCIe 4×4 NVMe SSD, which will likely run Windows 11, and support Buds Auto Switch, Quick Share, and Samsung Gallery.

The Galaxy Book 5 Ultra may be equipped with Nvidia’s dedicated GPU, similar to how the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra comes with Nvidia RTX 3070 and the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra uses Nvidia RTX 4070. Whether or not Nvidia’s RTX 50 series GPUs is dependent on when Nvidia will release its next-generation GPU.
The Galaxy Book 5 Pro may be available in 14-inch and 16-inch versions, both with touch screen Super AMOLED 2x screen and a thin and light design. They may come with an HDMI port, two USB 4/Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB Type-A port, a fingerprint reader, and a large glass trackpad with Windows Precision drivers.
The Galaxy Book 4 Pro 14-inch may come with a backlit keyless (TKL) keyboard, while the 16-inch version may come with a full-size backlit keyboard with a numeric keypad. It may also support Wi-Fi 6E/Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and 2MP webcams.
