At present, the official design of the new phone has been announced, showing a transparent back panel with Glyph LED lights. The Nothing Phone (2a) is rumored to be priced at around 30,000 rupees (about RMB 2,600) in India. Nothing co-founder Carl Pei hinted that the Nothing Phone (2a) will be cheaper than the Phone (1) launched in 2022, which is priced at 32,999 rupees (about RMB 2,860). The phone will be available online through Flipkart.

The phone has been confirmed to be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset. It runs the NothingOS 2.5 operating system based on Android 14. The Nothing Phone (2a) can accommodate a 4,500mAh battery and uses 45W fast charging technology.

In terms of imaging, the rendering shows that the Nothing Phone (2a) has a dual rear camera, which may include a 50-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. There may be a 32-megapixel lens on the front for selfies and video chats.
