For parts failure caused by water/liquid ingress, you can enjoy a 20% discount on replacement of new parts. The new parts will still be included with the whole machine and enjoy the official warranty.

　　Computer liquid leakage, free cleaning service

If there is water/liquid damage to your computer, you can go to the store as soon as possible or make an appointment for on-site simple cleaning service (if the liquid damage is serious, we will arrange to pick it up and take it to the original factory service center for free comprehensive drying and comprehensive cleaning services)

　　Abnormal operation free remote service

If your computer has software abnormalities or other conditions, you can make an appointment for free remote diagnosis and debugging services.

　　System Abnormality Free System Restore

If the computer system crashes or cannot enter the system, you can go to the store as soon as possible or make an appointment for door-to-door service to restore the original system.
