moto G64 5G launched overseas! World premiere of MediaTek Dimensity 7025

It's a new mid-range offering and the first phone in the world to feature MediaTek's Dimensity 7025 chipset. It has a large 6000mAh battery, Dolby Atmos for enhanced audio experience, and IP52 dustproof and waterproof rating.

In terms of specific configuration, the moto G64 5G uses a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels, and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It also features a 240Hz touch sampling rate, a Corning Gorilla Glass layer for protection, and a punch-hole cutout for selfie snaps.

This is the world’s first mobile phone to use MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chip and IMG BXM-8-256 graphics processor. The phone will be available in two models: 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB, which is said to be the best model in the segment. There's also a microSD card for memory expansion. This Motorola phone runs Android 14 and promises to be upgraded to Android 15 and provide three years of security updates.

In terms of cameras, the moto G64 5G is equipped with dual cameras on the back, including a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, f/1.8 aperture, four-pixel technology, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. There is a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video chats. The dimensions of the moto G64 5G are 161.56×73.82×8.89 mm and the weight is 192 grams.

The phone is IP52 rated for water and dust resistance, has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock for security, and comes with stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, as well as moto spatial sound. The moto G64 5G is equipped with a 6000mAh battery with 33W TurboPower fast charging technology.

The 8GB/128GB version of moto G64 5G is priced at 14,999 rupees (approximately RMB 1,300), and the 12GB/256GB version is priced at 16,999 rupees (approximately RMB 1,500). The phone is available in mint green, pearl blue and ice lilac colors.

The phone will go on sale on April 23 at 12 noon via Flipkart and Motorola’s website. HDFC Bank credit and debit card holders can enjoy instant discounts of up to Rs 1,100 (approximately RMB 100).
