[Gearbest News]A few days ago, a blogger shared the price of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 series in France. Today, another whistleblower on Twitter provided more details about the smart watch.

According to the news, the Galaxy Watch 6 series is expected to have thinner borders and a larger screen than its predecessor (the screen is 20% larger and the black borders are reduced by 30%). They will be equipped with Exynos W930 chipset based on 5nm process, equipped with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage space. Compared to the previous generation, the memory has increased by half a GB.

The Galaxy Watch 6 40mm version is said to have a 300mAh battery (the previous generation was equipped with a 284mAh battery), and the 44mm version uses a 425mAh battery (the previous generation was equipped with a 410mAh battery).
The two versions of the Watch 6 Classic will have the same battery capacity as the Watch 6 – the 43mm model has a capacity of 300mAh, and the 47mm model has a capacity of 425mAh.
That's a far cry from last year's Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, which had a relatively large 590mAh battery, but it's still a slight improvement overall over the standard Watch 5.

The most common color in most markets around the world should be graphite gold for the 40mm version of Watch 6, with the rest being graphite silver. As Samsung usually does, there may be more color options for the Watch 6 series, but each one will be limited to a specific set of markets.
The Galaxy Watch 6 series is expected to be officially unveiled alongside the Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Tab S9 series at Samsung Korea's Unpacked event in the last week of July.
