Lenovo announces modular AI PC concept machine that can be freely combined to define a new form of AI PC

The biggest highlight of this concept phone is that it supports the free combination of secondary screens, keyboards, I/O ports and other modules through the MagicBay magnetic ecological interface, enabling flexible switching of the same device in different scenarios.

Traditional laptops often have a fixed form, making it difficult to balance the portability of mobile offices with the scalability of professional scenarios. Lenovo’s concept machine attempts to break this boundary. It is based on a traditional notebook equipped with a 14-inch 4K OLED screen, but a MagicBay interface based on Pogo-Pin pins is reserved at the palm rest position and the A-side top cover. Users can replace the keyboard module with a second screen of the same size according to their needs, instantly transforming it into a dual-screen productivity tool. When combined, it can provide a viewing area of ​​approximately 19 inches. In addition, the module also includes interchangeable I/O ports (USB-A, USB-C, HDMI), allowing users to adapt to different peripheral environments without switching.

According to Gearbest, the concept machine is equipped with Intel Core Ultra7 255H processor, 32GB memory and 1TB SSD, which ensures performance while providing a modular design. Although it is currently equipped with a 33Wh battery, Lenovo stated that these are only parameters in the proof-of-concept stage and will be optimized if mass production occurs in the future.
