[Gearbest Technology News]Huawei received the European “Top Employers 2024” certificate issued by the European Top Employers Institute. This is the fifth time that the tech giant has won the title of Europe's best employer for its helpful and skilled services.
Patrik Rendel, regional manager of the Top Employers Institute, said Huawei achieved this achievement thanks to its career development opportunities at all levels. The company's score in the Best Employers benchmark accounts for 15% of the overall score.
Huawei, on the other hand, remains committed to cultivating new talent and skilled employees in Europe and other regions around the world. This helps promote talent development and other related practices.
In addition to the “2024 Best Employers”, Huawei also won individual awards in 16 European countries. The list includes Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
