Good guy! Apple has discontinued four products this year, but one of them will return

Of course, the discontinued equipment mentioned here does not include the previous generation device that is discontinued as part of the annual update of the Apple product line this year, such as the iPhone 15 Pro and Apple Watch Series 9.

On the same day when the new iPad Pro and iPad Air were launched in May, Apple stopped producing the ninth -generation entry -level iPad. In addition, Apple has lowered the price of the tenth -generation iPad.

Superdrive

In August, SuperDrive was sold out at the Apple online store in the United States, and now it is listed as empty or out of stock in all countries. Given that it has not returned, Apple seems to have stopped production of this 16 -year -old accessory.

SUPERDRIVE was launched in 2008. It is an external CD/DVD drive that is released with the first MacBook Air, and the latter does not have a built -in CD/DVD drive.

FineWoven mobile phone case

Apple discontinued the leather accessories including the iPhone protective case last year, and launched a new “FineWoven” fabric material as a substitute. However, the iPhone 15 series’s “FineWoveen” mobile phone case has been widely spit, and Apple seems to know this feedback, because just one year later, the iPhone 16 series mobile phone cases will no longer provide such materials. It is unclear whether Apple will propose a new solution.

Powerbeats Pro

Apple quietly discontinued PowerBeats Pro this month, about five and a half years from this wireless headset.

PowerBeats Pro is a more sporty and more sports alternative of AirPods Pro, with built -in adjustable ear hanging. The main functional configurations of the first PowerBeats Pro include: H1 chip, IPX4 -level sweat -proof waterproof, 9 -hour battery life, and silicone earplugs with four sizes to choose from.

In a short trailer video last month, Apple revealed that it will launch a new PowerBeats Pro 2 next year.
