According to reports, both models will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile platform. This is a product built using a 4nm process technology, equipped with a 3GHz Cortex-X4 ultra-large core, four 2.8GHz Cortex-A720 large cores, and three 2GHz Cortex-A520 energy efficiency cores.

In other aspects, both models are equipped with 1.5K resolution, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and OLED screens, with a 16-megapixel front lens and a 50-megapixel rear main camera. In terms of battery life, realme GT Neo6 SE is equipped with a 5500mAh capacity battery and supports 120W fast charging, while the new iQOO Z9 series is equipped with a 6000mAh capacity battery and supports 80W fast charging.
