This comparative test sample was purchased by the testing agency and the staff of the Guangzhou Consumer Council as ordinary consumers, purchasing 12 products from offline and online channels, involving a total of 12 brands and 12 models, basically covering the market Mainstream brands and types. The sample purchase price ranges from 988 yuan/piece to 4,300 yuan/piece, and the purchased steam ovens have basically the same functions.

The second step is to detect the heating time. During the cooking process, heating time is an important indicator of user performance. Through comparative tests, it was found that the heating time of the 12 samples did not exceed 6 minutes, and the heating efficiency was relatively high.

The last step is temperature control accuracy testing. Temperature control accuracy is an important indicator for judging the performance of a steam oven, especially it has a great impact on the barbecue or baking function. Through comparative tests, it was found that the temperature control accuracy of three samples was higher than 15K at the maximum temperature setting value, including NU-SC180B, ER-XE7301 and ATO-ES32G.

The main reasons why the temperature control accuracy is higher than 15K are: the capacity of the steaming oven is too large or too small, the shape and pattern of the heating tube design do not match the size of the steaming oven, etc.
