Apple’s new Mac Mini is revealed to be equipped with M4 series chips and is expected to debut within the year

The M4 chip has a 10-core CPU and a 10-core GPU, and while a 9-core CPU variant of the M4 chip exists, it is expected that Apple is unlikely to use it for the Mac mini and may instead reserve it for the iPad Pro and future MacBook Air.

Since the last update in January 2023, Mac mini has not had a major update for nearly two years.
