Among them, Lenovo's shipments increased by 17.4% year-on-year to 19.4 million units, ranking first; HP ranked second, with shipments reaching 15 million units, a year-on-year increase of 10.7%; Dell ranked third with an annual growth rate of 2.6%, with shipments reaching 10.1 million units; Apple ranked fourth, exceeding 6 million units for five consecutive quarters, a year-on-year increase of 4.3%; Asus ranked fifth with 5.8 million units, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%.
It is worth mentioning that in the third quarter of 2025, total global shipments of desktops, notebooks, and workstations increased by 6.8% year-on-year, reaching 72 million units. Among them, notebook (including mobile workstations) shipments increased by 4%, reaching 57.2 million units; desktop computer (including desktop workstations) shipments increased by 17%, reaching 15.2 million units. In addition, the agency believes that although Windows 10 has stopped updating, the demand for device updates across the industry is still the main factor driving the growth in shipments and activations.
According to Gearbest, 39% of the respondents in the organization's PC channel partner survey said that almost all of their customers' PCs have been upgraded or updated. A further 18% of respondents said their customers plan to continue using Windows 10 after support ends, and many of them will choose the Extended Security Update option offered by Microsoft.
The agency's research director said: With the end of service for Windows 10 on October 14, business and consumer demand for PC upgrades remains strong.
