The series features the GPT-4o-powered Gram Chat Cloud service, free for the first year. This service leverages web-based data sets to provide detailed responses and integrates with personal calendars and email services. The native AI uses a small language model (SLM) derived from LG AI Research’s EXAONE large language model. A new feature, “time travel,” lets users quickly review web pages, documents, videos, and audio files.
Additionally, all 2025 LG Gram notebooks support Gram Link 2.0. This feature enables device connection across operating systems. Users can share content and make calls between PCs, iOS, and Android smartphones.
The new LG Gram Pro (17Z90TR) comes with an Arrow Lake CPU and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 GPU. It’s ideal for resource-intensive tasks like graphic design, 3D rendering, video editing, and running the latest AAA games. The Gram Pro 2-in-1 (16Z90TS) is a Copilot+ certified PC, weighing only 1.3 kg and featuring a 16-inch OLED screen. Also in the range is the LG Gram Book (15U50T), which boasts a 15.6-inch Full HD screen, a 720p HD camera with a privacy mask, and expandable storage options.
All 2025 LG Gram laptops will be released at CES 2025, which opens in Las Vegas on January 7.
