However, LCD-screen tablets dominate the market. Recently, Gearbest reported that industry insiders predict a significant increase in OLED tablets next year. As a result, OLED tablets are expected to gradually become the mainstream in the tablet industry.
Xiaomi is set to release a new tablet around February next year, likely named the Xiaomi Tablet 7S Pro. This will be the third product in the Xiaomi Tablet 7 series. It will offer a 14-inch OLED screen with Double-layer OLED technology, a 10,000mAh battery, and support for 120W wired fast charging. Moreover, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 7S Pro may launch alongside Xiaomi’s next-generation flagship, the Mi 15 Ultra.
Huawei, on the other hand, is also a key player in the OLED flat panel market. Recently, the company held a Mate brand ceremony where it unveiled the Mate 70 series, Mate X6, and a new MatePad Pro 13.2-inch. This tablet boasts a 13.2-inch OLED screen with 2.8K resolution, a 10,000mAh battery, and a 50-megapixel rear camera. It runs on HarmonyOS and is marketed as the most powerful HarmonyOS tablet. Although details remain limited, it’s highly likely that Huawei will release one or more OLED tablets next year.
In addition, manufacturers such as Honor, OPPO, and vivo are also paying more and more attention to the tablet market. Several new products may be released next year.
