The upcoming Samsung S25 will feature a 4000mAh battery, a 50-megapixel main camera, and a 12-megapixel selfie lens, similar to the S24 and S23. The design may resemble the S24, but it could have a unique camera ring. Rumors suggest the device will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition mobile platform or the Exynos 2500 chip.

Samsung S25 Ultra renderings
The Samsung S25 Ultra will introduce significant improvements in camera, design, and performance. One of the most noticeable changes is the exterior design. Samsung is replacing the boxy frame with sharp corners with a flatter frame and more rounded corners. Additionally, both the front and rear panels will be completely flat. The S Pen will remain. As a result of these design updates and thinner bezels, the S25 Ultra will likely feature a slightly larger display. The screen will now measure 6.9 inches, slightly increasing from the previous 6.8 inches.
