The report pointed out that since the beginning of the year, the overall display market, including e-sports displays, has shown the characteristics of “scale pressure and structural optimization.” The main reasons for the decline in market size include the increase in memory chip prices pushing up the selling price of DIY computer hosts, which in turn affects monitor sales; the continuation of the overdraft effect and high base effect of consumer demand in the post-supplement era; and the short-term operating pressure caused by fluctuations in stocking during the Spring Festival holiday.

Despite the shrinkage of the market, the core position of e-sports monitors in the overall online market remains stable. During the Spring Festival, the sales penetration rate of e-sports products climbed to 67%, an increase of approximately 4 percentage points from the same period last year. In terms of refresh rate, the sales of products with specifications of 200Hz and above accounted for 60.7% of the online e-sports market, a significant increase of about 28 percentage points year-on-year. Among them, the performance of 240Hz specification products is particularly eye-catching, with sales share rising to 17%, surpassing 180Hz to become the mainstream refresh rate configuration in the e-sports market.

Among leading brands, AOC leads the sales and sales rankings with its full product line coverage and all-scenario solutions; HKC ranks second in sales and third in sales through full-price segment penetration and multi-scenario layout.
